Book of the Month


I partnered with the team behind Book of the Month to shape the visual direction for Allurial, their new Romantasy-focused book club. The goal was to design emails that felt cinematic, seductive, and dark—a striking contrast to BOTM’s clean, editorial style.

I created modular, mobile-first templates in Figma featuring a black backdrop, off-white type, and rich, image-driven layouts. With product imagery not yet available, I focused on composition, typography, and hierarchy to express the brand’s voice through structure and mood alone. Each concept balanced storytelling with conversion, setting the tone for how Allurial connects with its readers.

The final explorations positioned Allurial as an elevated, fashion-driven experience, distinct from Book of the Month’s simplicity. The templates established a flexible foundation for future campaigns—bold enough to stand on their own, yet cohesive enough to grow with the brand.
