Lululemon
Working with dotdotdash, I developed exploratory concepts for an always-on digital hub supporting Lululemon's Live Like You Are Alive platform. I rapidly concepted and designed a flexible, content-rich space that could evolve across campaigns while showcasing both content and products in ways that encouraged movement and engagement. Leading user research efforts, I created personas and mapped customer journeys to inform intuitive site flows, wireframes, and information architecture that optimized navigation and attracted diverse audiences.
I integrated community-driven content throughout the experience and conducted usability testing to validate design effectiveness, ensuring the platform fostered deeper engagement and created dynamic, personalized user journeys. By balancing creative vision with technical feasibility and leveraging competitive research aligned with Lululemon's broader brand strategy, I designed innovative e-commerce experiences that drove both user interaction and business growth while prioritizing empathy-driven, collaborative design thinking.
